Welcome to Art Therapy

In my practice, I believe in the transformative power of art. My unique therapy approach combines creativity and empathy to help you unlock your inner potential and find healing through self-expression. I am trained in Psychodynamic art therapy, as well as using trauma informed models of therapy and client-led, person centred approaches. I tailor my sessions based on what works for you, and will work with you as a guide.
